20 Pine Street - Hybrid Staging

We worked with Compass NY agent Christian Rogers to redesign this apartment at 20 Pine Street. The unit, a former bachelor pad, was stark, dark and a little dull.

We worked to edit & re-merchandise the existing furniture & decor. We physically edited the space by eliminating ill fitting rugs & outdated decorative items in order to prep the updated photographs for an added virtual element.

Virtually, we added new furniture pieces, artwork, lighting and more to round out the space.
