150 Bay Street - Physical Staging, Project Management & 3D Matterport Tours

The MLR team was tasked to create an appealing artist’s work environment in this loft mixed-use building in thriving Jersey City. The project drew on our creative side - designing a we-work style space with a modernist vibe. Being a commercial space of 10,000 Sq feet the design scheme spread over 2 floors & we worked to create a stylish and functional space with relaxed public spaces, kitchen areas, huddle rooms, entertainment spaces and gaming areas that create an environment that is totally unique to Jersey City.
